Here’s a quick guide to help you reset, reconnect, or improve performance with ViSound™ Drift.
🎧 Only one earbud is working?
- Place both earbuds back in the charging case
- On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and “Forget” or “Unpair” ViSound Drift
- Close the case, wait 10 seconds, then reopen it
- Wait ~8 seconds for Bluetooth to reactivate, then re-pair
✅ This usually resolves syncing or one-earbud playback problems.
🔇 No sound?
- Make sure the earbuds are charged
- Check your volume level and device audio settings
- Ensure the earbuds are properly connected via Bluetooth
- Stay within 8 meters (26 feet) of your phone
🔌 Won’t charge?
- Clean the charging contact points with a dry cotton swab
- Try a different USB-C cable or adapter
- Make sure the case port is clean and dry
- Confirm you’re using a standard 5V/2A charger
📶 Choppy or laggy sound?
- Move away from other wireless signals (WiFi routers, microwaves, etc.)
- Remove any obstructions between your phone and the earbuds
- Stay within recommended range for a stable connection
- Avoid areas with high interference (crowds, elevators, metal rooms)
📝 Notes
- For most issues, a quick reset and Bluetooth re-pairing solve the problem
- If the case display doesn’t turn on, plug it in to wake it up
