Yes — if you're having trouble with connection, sound, or syncing between earbuds, a quick reset usually solves the issue in seconds.


🔄 Soft Reset Instructions

If one earbud isn’t working:

  1. Place both earbuds back in the charging case.
  2. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and tap “Forget” or “Unpair” ViSound Drift.
  3. Wait for 8 seconds, then take the earbuds back out of the case.
  4. They’ll automatically re-sync and be ready to pair again.
