If your ViSound Air™ stays in Game Mode and doesn’t switch back to normal audio, don’t worry — this usually happens when the earbuds weren’t properly synced during the mode change.
Here’s how to fix it in a few seconds:
Step 1 — Try toggling the mode again
- Make sure your earbuds are connected to your device.
- Quadruple-tap either earbud (4 quick taps).
- You’ll hear a short tone confirming the switch back to Music Mode.
If there’s no sound cue or change in latency, move on to Step 2.
Step 2 — Reset both earbuds
This will resync the earbuds and clear any command lag.
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
- Tap either earbud 5 times to perform a factory reset.
- The lights will flash rapidly — this confirms the reset.
- Forget “SK26” from your Bluetooth list, then reconnect as usual.
Your earbuds will restart in Music Mode by default.
Step 3 — Check Bluetooth stability
Sometimes Game Mode doesn’t switch off because of Bluetooth interference or low battery.
- Keep your earbuds close to your device (within 1–2 meters) when toggling.
- Make sure both earbuds and the case are fully charged.
Pro tips
- Game Mode slightly increases power use — switch it off after gaming to extend battery life.
- You can always confirm you’re in Music Mode if the sound feels deeper and fuller (Game Mode prioritizes speed over bass).
- Resetting both earbuds once in a while keeps them perfectly synced.
