If your ViSound Air™ disconnects or cuts out during use, it’s usually due to distance, interference, or residual pairing data.
Here’s how to get a stable, uninterrupted connection again 👇
Step 1 — Stay within optimal range
Your ViSound Air™ uses Bluetooth 5.4 with up to 10 meters (33 ft) of range.
For the best stability:
- Keep your device within 1–2 meters (3–6 ft) when pairing or using for calls.
- Avoid walls, pockets, or metal objects between your phone and earbuds.
- Bluetooth signals can weaken near Wi-Fi routers, microwaves, or other Bluetooth devices.
Step 2 — Refresh the connection
- Turn off Bluetooth on your device.
- Wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
- If the issue continues:
- Forget “SK26” in your Bluetooth list.
- Reset the earbuds by tapping either one 5 times while in the charging case.
- Reconnect from scratch.
This clears any old pairing data that may be causing instability.
Step 3 — Check battery levels
Low battery can cause intermittent dropouts.
- Make sure both earbuds show red lights when charging.
- Keep the case at over 20% battery — it supplies power for instant reconnection.
Step 4 — Update or test another device
If the connection keeps cutting out:
- Restart your phone or laptop.
- Ensure your system Bluetooth drivers or OS are up to date.
- Try pairing the earbuds with another device to confirm if the issue persists.
Pro tips
- Avoid pairing the earbuds to multiple devices at once.
- Keep the charging contacts clean — weak contact can interrupt Bluetooth power cycles.
- For the most stable playback, disable “Game Mode” when not gaming.
