If they’ve been exposed to water — whether from rain, sweat, or accidental drops — don’t worry.
Here’s exactly what to do to keep them safe:
Step 1 — Act quickly
- Remove the earbuds from the case immediately.
- Gently wipe off any visible moisture using a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use or charge them while they’re still damp.
Step 2 — Let them dry naturally
- Leave both earbuds and the open charging case in a cool, dry, ventilated space for at least 24 hours.
- You can place them on an absorbent surface (like a paper towel).
- Avoid direct sunlight, hairdryers, heaters, or compressed air — excessive heat can damage internal components.
Step 3 — Check before charging
After 24 hours, ensure:
- No visible moisture remains on the earbuds or inside the case.
- Charging contacts are clean and dry. Then, gently place the earbuds back in the case and charge for 30 minutes.
If the red charging lights appear normally, the earbuds are safe to use again.
If they still don’t charge or power on
- Try a factory reset (5 taps on either earbud while in the case).
- If the lights still don’t respond, contact the Vision Beam Support Team — your product is covered by a 1-year warranty.
