However, they connect to one device at a time for the most stable performance.
How to switch between devices
If you want to move from your phone to your laptop (or vice versa):
- Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and disconnect “SK26.”
- On your laptop, open Bluetooth and select “SK26” from the available devices list.
- Once connected, the earbuds will remember this new device for future use.
Switching takes just a few seconds — no need to reset each time.
Why single-device pairing matters
The ViSound Air™ uses Bluetooth 5.4, optimized for low latency and high stability.
Pairing to one device at a time ensures:
- Consistent audio sync (especially in Game Mode)
- No audio dropouts or switching glitches
- Better battery efficiency
Pro tips
- To quickly re-pair to your phone, just select “SK26” again — the earbuds will automatically disconnect from your laptop.
- If you want to “start fresh,” you can always reset your earbuds by tapping either earbud 5 times while in the charging case.
- Keep your earbuds within 10 meters (33 ft) of your active device for the most stable connection.
