My ViSound Air™ won’t pair — what should I do?

If your ViSound Air™ isn’t pairing or connecting properly, don’t worry — it usually takes less than a minute to fix.


Step 1 — Reset the earbuds

A quick reset clears old connections and refreshes the Bluetooth link.

  1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
  2. Tap either earbud 5 times quickly.
  3. The LEDs will flash rapidly, confirming the reset.
  4. On your phone or laptop, forget “SK26” from your Bluetooth list.
  5. Close the case, wait 10 seconds, then reopen it — the earbuds will automatically re-enter pairing mode.

Step 2 — Reconnect to your device

  1. Open your device’s Bluetooth settings.
  2. Search for “SK26.”
  3. Tap to connect — the lights on your earbuds will stop flashing once paired.

Step 3 — Check the basics

If pairing still doesn’t work:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and your device isn’t already connected to another headset.
  • Keep the earbuds within 10 meters (33 ft) of your device.
  • Charge both earbuds and the case for at least 30 minutes, then try again.
  • If using a laptop, make sure Bluetooth drivers are updated.

Pro tips

  • Each time you open the charging case, the earbuds will auto-connect to the last paired device.
  • If you want to connect to a new device, simply reset and pair again — no need for an app.
  • Avoid pairing the earbuds with multiple devices at once — it can cause confusion during connection.
