If your ViSound Air™ earbuds don’t seem to charge inside the case, it’s almost always a quick contact or power issue. Follow these simple checks to get them charging again.
Step 1 — Make sure everything is properly seated
- Place both earbuds in the charging case.
- Confirm that each earbud’s red LED light turns on — this means charging has started.
- If you don’t see the red light, remove the earbuds and reinsert them firmly until they sit correctly on the metal contact pins.
Step 2 — Clean the contact points
Dust, moisture, or oil can block the charging connection.
- Gently clean the earbud contacts and the pins inside the case with a soft, dry cloth or cotton swab.
- Make sure everything is completely dry before charging again.
Step 3 — Check the charging case
- Connect the case to power using the official USB-C cable included with your ViSound Air™.
- The digital display on the case should light up, showing the battery percentage (0–100%).
- If the case doesn’t show any light, charge it for at least 30 minutes — it may be fully drained.
Step 4 — Try a different power source
If the earbuds still don’t charge:
- Try a different USB port, charger, or power bank.
- Avoid using fast-charging adapters over 5V / 1A, which can sometimes cause unstable voltage.
Pro tips
- Always dry the earbuds completely after workouts before placing them in the case.
- Keep the contacts clean to maintain a stable connection.
- Don’t charge in hot or humid environments.
