If your ViSound Air™ earbuds or charging case show no lights, it doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a problem.
The LEDs turn off automatically once the earbuds or case are fully charged or in standby mode.
Here’s how to know what’s normal — and what to check.
Step 1 — Check if the case still has power
- Plug in the case using the included USB-C cable.
- Wait a few seconds — the digital display should light up and show a number (0–100%).
- If the display remains off:
- Try another USB port or power adapter.
- Make sure the cable is fully inserted.
- Let it charge for at least 30 minutes — the battery may simply be empty.
Step 2 — Check the earbuds
- Place the earbuds in the case and leave the lid open.
- Watch for red lights on the earbuds (charging) or flashing blue/red (pairing mode).
- If you see no lights at all, try the following:
- Clean the metal charging contacts on both earbuds and inside the case.
- Charge for 30 minutes.
- Try resetting by tapping either earbud five times while in the case.
Step 3 — Normal behavior
Light status | Meaning |
---|---|
⚫ No light (earbuds in case) | Fully charged or standby mode |
🔴 Red light | Charging in progress |
🔵 / 🔴 flashing | Pairing mode |
Display “100%” | Case fully charged |
